Kliptra Terms of Use

1. App Provider

Kliptra is provided by Kliptra ("we," "our," or "us").

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law
• use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others

3. Subscriptions

Kliptra may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Available subscriptions may include:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Any free trial, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

5. User Content

The App allows you to create, import, edit, and export videos, screen recordings, audio, text, overlays, and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. You are solely responsible for the content you create, import, edit, export, or share using the App.

You agree not to use the App to create, store, or share content that:

• violates any law or regulation
• infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity
• is harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kliptra and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, except where otherwise required by consumer protection law.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Kliptra, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the App, if any, in accordance with applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
